Olympic Trauma Specialists provides specialized trauma care through a team of dedicated clinicians. We prioritize financial transparency and professional integrity to ensure you can make empowered decisions about your treatment from the start.
Standard Individual Sessions
Our team includes Licensed Professionals and Associates who utilize a diverse range of modalities to support your healing.
Individual sessions with Staff Clinicians: $150 per hour
Individual sessions with the Clinical Director: $195 per hour
Insurance and Reimbursement
We accept Premera Blue Cross of Washington
Our practice is actively credentialing with Washington insurance providers to increase accessibility for our community. We recommend that you verify your out of network benefits with your insurance carrier at this time.
We are happy to provide a monthly Superbill if you choose to seek reimbursement directly from your insurance company.
Payments are handled securely through our digital client portal. We utilize a streamlined system to ensure that the administrative side of your care remains simple and professional.

Olympic Trauma Specialists is currently accepting new clients for telehealth services throughout the entire state of Washington. While our practice is physically based in Spokane, our secure digital platform allows our team to provide specialized support to individual adults regardless of their specific location.

Many clients find that being in a familiar, personal space supports a sense of groundedness during the therapeutic process.
Security and Confidentiality
We utilize a fully HIPAA compliant platform to ensure that your privacy and data remain secure at all times. We prioritize your safety and ask that you identify a quiet, private space for our sessions where you will not be interrupted. This dedicated environment is essential to support the focus and depth of your trauma recovery work.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like psychotherapy sessions, intake evaluations, and clinical consultations.
Ensure your therapist gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your service. You can also ask for an estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
