Current Openings: Catherine is accepting new clinical clients, as well as individuals seeking professional supervision and consultation.
Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS): Credentialed through the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE), an affiliate of the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC).
Washington State Approved Supervisor: Recognized by the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) to provide clinical supervision.
Board Certified Tele-Mental Health Provider (BC-TMH): Nationally certified in the legal, ethical, and clinical delivery of telehealth.

Founder & Clinical Director
Catherine is a multi-state Licensed Professional Counselor, Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), and a Board-Certified TeleMental Health (BC-TMH) provider with over 15 years of dedicated experience in the behavioral healthcare field. In practice since 2006, she launched and operated a successful private practice in 2014 and most recently served as the Clinical Director for the Integrative Trauma Treatment Center in Portland, Oregon from 2021-2026. Her career is defined by a deep commitment to trauma-informed care and the resolution of complex relational wounds. Mentoring and developing the next generation of therapists is the driving passion behind her work, a commitment that has been integral to her roles as a Clinical Director, practice owner, and through her experience at The Family Institute at Northwestern University.
As the founder of Olympic Trauma Specialists (OTS), Catherine is pioneering a group practice model centered on clinical integrity. By shifting away from traditional power dynamics, she has created a collaborative space where professional growth is a shared journey. In this environment, expertise is cultivated through collective knowledge and the consistent practice of reflective supervision.
Catherine provides direct oversight and mentorship to all clinical staff at OTS, ensuring that every client receives evidence-based, compassionate care. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in transparency and professional agency, creating a space where therapists can thrive while helping clients navigate the journey toward healing.
