A passionate advocate for clinical excellence, she spent years in higher education mentoring and developing the next generation of therapists at Northwestern University.
As the founder of Olympic Trauma Specialists (OTS), Catherine is pioneering a group practice model centered on clinical integrity. In this environment, expertise is cultivated through collective knowledge and the consistent practice of reflective supervision.
Catherine provides direct oversight and mentorship to all clinical staff at OTS, ensuring that every client receives evidence-based, compassionate care. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in transparency and professional agency, creating a space where therapists can thrive while helping clients navigate the journey toward healing.
Olympic Trauma Specialists is expanding throughout Washington, and we are looking for associates and licensed clinicians to join our growing team.
Joining OTS means being part of an educator-led environment where you receive direct clinical support and supervision. We prioritize professional ease and shared growth so you can focus on the work you are passionate about.
We minimize professional hierarchy to support true clinical autonomy. If you are a practitioner who values clinical transparency and wants to be part of a practice that prioritizes your professional agency and collective growth, we would love to hear from you.
